a day out in brighton

Last weekend, my friends and I travelled down south to spend a few days together and on Saturday we went to Brighton. I have always wanted to visit Brighton and I am so happy that we finally went.

It was such a lovely day; exploring all of the independent shops down the Lanes and walking along the seafront (just to find beach huts). I took my camera and have so many photos, I just had to write a post and share them with you in an A Day Out in Brighton post!

Sea Front Gift Shops

If you go on a day out in Brighton and didn’t buy a magnet with ‘Brighton’ on, did you really go there? We spent some time going through all of the little seafront shops which had the cutest memorabilia. Both myself and Deepali purchased this cute beach hut magnet which I love.

Bluebird Tea Company

We also visited the Bluebird Tea Company which I’ve heard so many people talk about! The staff there were lovely and greeted us with a sample of Birthday Cake Tea?! I decided to get a Red Velvet Latte which was incredible. It was pink and tasted just like the cake. I wish I had a whole jar of it!

Beach Huts

If you went to Brighton and didn’t go to see the beach huts, did you really go to brighton? We spent about half an hour walking along the promenade to get to them and it was such a lovely walk. It was so refreshing and relaxing to be near the sea too. As you can see I became a little obsessed with these pink huts!

Before walking towards the pier we had a little chill out on the beach which was so fun! We tried to run along the pebbles which proved to be very difficult. Also, how gorgeous is this band stand?! I just adore it.

We also got some chips on the sea front which were tasty. We just had to!

Brighton Pier

Zoe and Holly also tried to throw bean bags at cans, it started off well but they didn’t quite do it haha! The pier was so busy with rides and people having photos taken by the sea. It was such a nice atmosphere!

And that’s my Brighton photo round up! I have so many more photos so let me know if you’d like to see a part two! I also took a lot of video footage of our day in Brighton which I haven’t had the chance to edit yet, so I’ll update this post when that’s done too!

Have you been to Brighton? Let me know if you have any similar blog posts!
