I finally signed up to a Beauty subscription box, yay! I subscribed to Birchbox because I’ve heard so many positive things about it and for £12.95 a month I couldn’t say no. Each month Birchbox send you 5/6 beauty and skincare samples. When signed up, you create your own beauty profile, where you answer questions about your preferences. This is so Birchbox can tailor the products to you each month, how lovely! Here is what I got in my February Birchbox.
Spectrum Tapered Powder Brush
I’m so happy to have this brush! I’m going to use it to apply highlight because the tip of the brush will make it easy to apply precisely. Spectrum are also cruelty free which is a lovely bonus! The bristles on this brush are so lovely and soft, I’m definitely going to be getting more of these!
LOC Eye Shadow Stick
This is from the Birchbox new LOC (Love of Colour) Range. I got it in the shade Perfect Cents which is a lovely coppery-gold colour. The pigment in this is amazing and I’ll definitely be wearing this a few times a week. It blends really easy and is creamy.
Only Fingers + Toes Nail Polish
I haven’t heard of this brand of nail polish before but I’m looking forward to trying it out. I received this in the shade Peony which is a cute baby-pink colour. I didn’t expect to get nail polish in my first Birchbox so I’m pretty happy with this.
Number 4 Lumiere d’Hiver Super Comb Prep & Protect
This is going to become a lifesaver of a product for me. I have really tangled hair after it’s been washed and this product will help fix that! It also strengthens and repairs your hair – such a good product! You just spray it through your hair after towel drying.
Pommade Divine Nature’s Remedy Balm
This was another product I was so happy to see in my box. It repairs troubled skin areas and calms it down which is definitely what I need!
